This site is operated by Stumpbusters Group Ltd (Phone 07568 564952) who are solely responsible for the contents of this site, the fulfilment of product orders and the quality of any products ordered.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are correct at the time of publishing and exclude VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling (£'s). All our online payments are made through a third party WorldPay (part of the Bank of Scotland) We do not have access to or store your credit card details.
Confirmation of Order
We will confirm your order by Email immediately on receipt, please check the delivery address is correct.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time until the goods are despatched. We will inform you of despatch by Email. We will refund your payment in full if you cancel before despatch.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us. If you are not happy in any way with the product, just return the product unused for a full refund within 30 days.
We will then provide a full product refund including VAT (if applicable) within 30 days of receiving the returned product. You are responsible for ensuring that goods returned are received by us in good condition. Carriage costs for returning the goods are your responsibility.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. This policy applies to all countries.
