Machine Setup

The LoPro Series teeth are installed as shown below. The tooth fits up into the pocket, the spacer and nut go on top. The pockets are reversible, with one threaded hole and one counter-bored hole per pocket.

The LoPro bolts are able to feed into the wheel from opposite sides of the wheel to ensure a strong secure setup. Each tooth and bolt has to be torqued down to 244 Nm (180 ft lbs)

The beveled edge on the spacers for the LoPro series are designed to specifically fit into the chamfered end of each pocket. These spacers must be installed as pictured, and the nuts must be torqued down to the specifications in the chart above.
