1100 Series (90+ Horsepower)
There are three different sets of pockets for the 1100 Series: Angle, Straight, and Reverse. Each set has a counter-bored pocket and a threaded pocket, with the counter-bored pocket going on the right side of the wheel. Each counter-bored pocket is paired with a threaded pocket to complete a set.
The carbide on the 1100 Greenteeth measures just over an inch in diameter and the shank has a diameter of 1/2 inch.
900 & Wearsharp Series (35-90 Horsepower)
Pockets available - Angle, Straight, and Reverse. Each pocket is designed with a threaded hole and a counter-bored hole to allow each pocket to fit on either side of the wheel. These pockets are designed to be used on machines with horsepower between 35 and 90. Each pocket uses 900 Series LoPro teeth and LoPro Bolts.
The unique design of the Wearsharp allows the tooth to retain a sharp cutting surface, unlike traditional teeth that tend to round over. This provides a consistent cut throughout the life of the tooth, allowing you to maintain a faster sweep speed.
700 Series (18-35 Horsepower)
Pockets available - Angle, Straight, and Reverse. Each pocket is designed with a threaded hole and a counter-bored hole to allow each pocket to fit on either side of the wheel. These pockets are designed to be used on machines with horsepower between 18 and 35. Each pocket uses 700 Series LoPro teeth and LoPro Bolts.
500 Series (Less than 18 Horsepower)
500 LoPro Series: Pockets available - Angle and Straight. Each pocket is designed with a threaded hole and a counter-bored hole to allow each pocket to fit on either side of the wheel. These pockets are designed to be used on machines with 18 horsepower or less. Each pocket uses 500 Series LoPro teeth and LoPro Bolts.
